It took 45 years, 7 months, etc....

But for the first time in my adult life, I have a normal BMI. As of this morning 24.8. I am now 1 lb above my goal of 160. Unfortunately this has come at a price this last week. I was hospitalized the end of last week with chest pains and passing out. After a bunch of tests... my heart is very, very healthy which is wonderful to know but the pain is still with me and it comes and goes. I suspect it is related to my pouch since eating has been a bit difficult. I am eating and getting my protein in just cannot eat as much food for some reason. Pouchie is sore or something. I'm waiting for a call back from the doctors. I do see my PCP tomorrow at the latest. I guess this is a bit bittersweet at this moment. Wish I felt up to truly enjoying it, ya know?
