It's been a while since I've posted to one of these, so I came looking for it, and no Candi... So, I figured I'd start one tonight... Today's been a weird day... Not a bad day, but MAN am I in a crappy mood. I'd blame it on PMS but I'm almost 3 months past due, so I'm guessing not... And no, I'm not pregnant... Pre B - Nectar 1.5 Scoops B - low sugar cinnamon oatmeal and 1/2 banana MS - some green peppers L - buffalo chicken breast, slice of cheese, slice of ww bread AS - Protein Bar AS - pb crackers D - porkchop, corn on the cob, a teaspoon of rice I'm okay on vits and water, but I will probably need more water tonight...

PreB: Protein shake B: Two hard boiled eggs L: 1/3 of a hamburger, 1.5 slice of cheese S: 1 oz nuts, Protein shake S2: A few strawberries w/ SF chocolate cream cheese dip, 1 slice of cheese D: Dunno...feeling nauseous right now... ick... S: Gonna try to get a protein shake in.

Here I am! Thanks for posting this, Becky Sue. pre B- protein shake B- banana, yogurt L- low fat pepperoni, cheese, crackers S- granola bar D- low carb chicken wrap and some cherries S- will be a blue bunny bar probably
