What the heck are you eating?
I've been out of the loop again, sorry!
LND- 1/2 sloppy joe on toasted wheat, cottage cheese, carrot sticks
B- protein shake
S- banana, yogurt, some animal crackers
S- a cookie.
L- LC panini
D- not sure, maybe soft tacos
vits- all in but b-12, I need more
water- will get 100
excersize- have a big walk planned for tonight
Pre-B: protein drink
B: 2 boiled eggs, 1 packet Kashi Heart Healthy Oatmeal
L: LC Panini, too!!!!!!!!!
S: (later - I'm just now eating lunch) pear and laughing cow cheese (1 wedge)
D: will be left over chili from last night with 2% cheddar and light sour cream
S: (later after dinner) probably a Kashi granola bar and a fruit
Water - am pushing for 64+
Vits: calcium, multi taken so far, will do iron later and 2nd dose of calcium.
Exercise: my PT told me no running or faster walking but I can do slow walking - don't know if I can today, though, have a busy, busy schedule!!
