YUMM-O!
I made this delicious, healthy snack tonight that I have to tell you all about!!!
Sautee (in butter flavored spray) 1 medium tart apple (I LOVE pink ladys, but I'm sure that grany smiths would work, too) that has been coated with 2 packets of Splenda and pumpkin pie spice.
While this is sauteeing, mix together 2 tbsp light cream cheese, 1 packet of splenda, and a small splash of vanilla.
When the apple is semi-soft, put it on top of the cream cheese mixture and top with 2 tbsp of ff or light whipped cream.
The ENTIRE dessert has 130 calories, 5 grams/fat, 26 carbs (from the apple (22) and whipped cream (4)), 3 grams/protein, and lotsa fiber!!
