What are you eating on Wednesday?
S: BB Carb Freedom Yogurt
B: Zone Protein bar
L: Lean Pocket
S: M&M's peanut butter kind... mmmm
D: Lean Pocket & One piece of toast with tuna salad on it (4 hours later)
S: 1/4c. peanuts
It was a long day yesterday so I actually had 4 meals + snacks! I guess that is what happens when you leave your house at 7am and dont return til 830pm.
Vits - check!
Liquids - check!
BAD food day today. I didn't really eat any "meals", just kinda snacked all day.
About 9 a.m. Atkins Protein bar
About 11:30 Lean Pocket (4 cheese pizza)
About 2:30 Chicken flauta
About 3:45 SF, Decaf, Non-fat black and white mocha (24 oz iced)
About 5:30 2-2% string cheese and a medium sweet potato with olive oil margarine
About 7:00 slice of 16 grain no flour bread and olive oil margarine
About 8 buncha tortilla chips and salsa
Now (about 9:45) drinking a glass of white merlot
I didn't have that "full" satiated feeling at all - all day. THAT is where my problem lies. If I don't feel "full" and satisfied with my meals and just allow myself to aleviate hunger, then I get hungrier more often.
I have taken all of my vits and have done okay with fluids today. Back pain was okay until I went to the library and carried a bunch of books then my pain went into high gear again. I really HATE not being able to do whatever I want to do.
OH - I also had 3 SF Snackwell's cookies.
I do 4 Citrical petites/day - 2 in the a.m. and 2 in the p.m. But I do a lot of calcium in other foods, too. I eat lots of leafy greens (not TODAY - but usually) and drink milk, eat cheese, and do yogurt, so I'm not worried about my calcium intake. I just had my levels taken and all is well!
