Hi-fiber hamburger rolls

If you live where there is a Giant Food Grocery, they have come up with a whole wheat lite hamburger or hot dog roll with 5 gr. fiber !!! ( Giant brand ) { 80 calories, 4 gr. protein, .5 gr fat. 0 trans fat, 3 gr. sugar, 19 gr. carbs } They taste great and are very soft and not dry and grainy like some we've tried. Cool! Fiber is a great thing. I used to LOVE the Brann'ola english muffins. They were so dense and so full of fiber. Great. I know that Giant sometimes has a rack of kind of speciality breads and there are some really dense ones that are very whole grain and high in fiber there. One is made with spelt or something. I forget. I don't really do bread at the moment. I'm working on adding non-bread complex carbs in and will get to whole grain breads down the road. Thanks for the tip! Kathy
