B. coffee, protein drink
S. 2 protein balls, 1/2 c. pineapple chunks
L. 2 protein balls, 2 pntbtr crackers
S. 2 oz. chicken
D. 3 oz. chicken breast w/bbq sauce on hi fiber roll, 5 bean salad
S. choc. and banana prot. drink w/ lots of crushed ice
* all vits.
Mary
B- a protein shake made with 8 oz of light yogurt, a scoop of protein powder and a few ice cubes, blended in my Magic Bullet.
L- 3 oz of tuna with a cheese stick
S- a bowl of fruit salad that I made (strawberries, bananas, pineapple, and watermelon)
S #2 - a small bag of Planters Trail mix
D - a Smart One and a cheese stick
I just drank another protein shake that I made with 8 oz of skim milk, a squirt of sf chocolate, 1/2 a banana, a scoop of protein powder and some ice cubes.
I took my Flintstone, my calcium and I drank over 80 oz of liquid so far.
As for me:
Pre-B: Protein shake, piece of cheese
B: Cup o' joe, Spicy leftover grilled hot dog
L: Leftover grilled marinated london broil, green beans w/ almonds dab of butter and piece of cheese
S1: Protein shake
D: Protein shake, 8 asparagus spears (yummm...) and 2 pieces muenster cheese
S: Protein shake and 1 SF peanut butter cookie
Water: 16.9 propel, 100 oz water, working on the next 20 oz (love those Water Sensations!)
Vitamins: Still have iron to take
Exercise: Gym this morning - cycle and walk at lunch.
High protein milk 12 oz. (20 gr.), fresh fruit - strawberries, kiwi, grapes, bananas
The insides of a double cheeseburger from McD's (spank me...wasn't that great but the last time I had their chicken it was so dry it almost got stuck and I didn't want to go there again) I did read the McD health sheet and I think it was 25 gr. protein...I didn't fini**** all though.
Dinner: Baked chicken, 2 bites of rotini/cheese/pasta and salad with raspberry vinagrette and pecans.
I had 1/2 banana at the pool with the kiddies but have been good about not snacking.
I need to get more protein in tonight so I'll have something later when kiddies are sleeping.
