The Gym is Open (Tuesday!)

Okay, folks... what did you do to move your body today? Remember, every thing counts! Me... got a late start to the gym... forget to set the alarm clock so I just did cardio. Cycle: 30 minutes for 8.04 miles. Hope to do some abs tonight. Luckily they are mobile and can be done at home. Kathy

I'll be in the mental gym tonight (no, I didn't say mental house!). Tonight is getting my teeth cleaned and then support group. All of that should exercise my mental power! I agree -- I need to start doing some things at home as well. I have a stability ball (never inflated it), and I think I have some resistance bands somewhere. I might as well make my TV watching more active! Angie

Hmm, unpacking, unpacking, chasing a 22 month old child, went to the pool for 2 hours with the kiddos and I did not just sit there. I think that should all count for something! ana
