Step climber thingie: 20 minutes walked the equivalent of 74.1 flights of stairs! Weights: Seated leg press: 110 lbs, 1x10, 1x6 Leg curl: 100 lbs, 1x10, 1x6 Hip adductor: 160 lbs, 1x10, 1x6 Hip abductor: 160 lbs, 1x10, 1x6 Prone leg press: 85 lbs, 1x10, 1x6 Leg extension: 110 lbs, 1x10, 1x6 Stability ball: Pelvic tilts (side-to-side) 200 Pelvic tilts (front-to-back) 200 Seated leg lifts 200 Wall squats, 25 for a count of 5, 2 for a count of 25

Digging in the garden and planting flowers from 8:30 am-10:30 am leaving for Curves in a minute then off to the pool for an hour workout in the deep water * thankyou to my encouragers, who nudged me to ' just do it' and get out there and exercise * Monday nt. nice leisurely walk with brother in countryside Bless you each and every one, Mary

Monday night I walked up Table Mountain Road and back. It was approx. 9 miles. Very steep in places. Thought I'd die when I got back down. Been doing lots of walking to help a friend train for a relay race this Saturday. Last Saturday we walked/jogged 6 miles in the am and 6 miles in the pm (of which involved hill work). Rest of this week will be short easy walks so as not to overdue it. Saturdays walk/jog broke my 7 week long plateau.

20 minutes cardio -- 200 calories An hour with the trainer. It was all legs today, which keeps my heart rate up. Angie
