Gym Is Open (Saturday)
I'm leaving on vacation early tomorrow morning and will not return until June 13. Kathy said she would keep the gym open for me. I'll miss you guys. I won't have internet access. I'll be in the backwoods of Vermont.
Here is what I did today:
Med Ball Over Head Side Bends 2 X 8
Med Ball Woodchop Squats 2 X 6
Floor Crunch Feet Up 2 X 8
Floor Crunch Knees In 2 X 8
Floor Kickout on Elbows 2 X 8
Elbow Raise Over S Ball 2 X 8
Reverse Curl With Dowel 2 X 8
Band Lateral Raise 2 X 8
Band Front Raise 2 X 8
Tricep Kickback on S Ball 2 X 8
Superman on S Ball 2 X 6
Front bend, back extension 2 X 8
Reverse Grip Lat. Pull down 2 X 8
One Leg, Leg Press (each leg) 2 X 8
Band Side Walk 2 X 8-10
Leg and Hip stretches
For cardio I did 30 minutes on the treadmill.
