What are you eating on Friday?
Sorry about being scarce this week, my DSL is down at work and my week has been hell!
LND- we had a 5 course meal at a hawaiian place- sooo good. We had black mushroom and chicken potstickers, spring rolls, spicy shrimp soup, mushroom lemongrass chicken with rice an pineapple shortribs with veggies. Soooo good!
B- protein shake
L- potluck baby shower
D- probably pizza, we're going out of town
vits- on track
water- was low yesterday, I'll kick it up today
excer- I did a new ab/core class yesterday at the gym- loved it and feel it today!
Pre-B: Protein shake, 2 small slices of swiss cheese
B: Cup o' joe, couple slices of ham, 1 slice of American cheese
L: Tuna salad
S: Protein shake, cheddar cheese
D: Taco meat w/ cheese, cauliflower and sweet potato (or green beans)
S: Protein shake
Vitamins: Got iron tonight
Water: 16.9 oz Propel, 60 oz pure water, working on next 20 oz...
