Opened my yap ...
Love the new avatar!
I often wonder if mine should be a foot inserted into a mouth... just in case. One never knows.
I saw the original DC post and figured it would be a good 'un. It is locked. Not pulled.
If I ate popcorn...I'd have fired up the microwave a while ago but alas no one can post to it but someone will post some other message referencing that one and how some people are this and that and all that jazz.
Ahhh...

Twas me being a (shhh) over-educated, pointy-headed L. again ... which is the ultimate sin for some.
Ironically, the DC thread got locked, not pulled. My thread asking for the DC thread to be pulled got pulled. Someone accused me of calling her a red-neck ... gosh if I'm going to go to the trouble of calling people names it'll be a better name than that. It's all very silly: typical OH drama.
The raven is a subtle reminder that I am a Pagan ... I looked for a pentagram avatar, but decided that might offend the J. people just a bit too much.
Lori, love the new picture, BTW.
You know, speaking of popcorn, that's one food I haven't had since my surgery. Maybe I just shouldn't even go there, since it's sort of the centerpiece of the land of carbs.

Eileen!
That's hilarious! For the record, I've never been into the Dixie Chicks before, and I do happen to agree with their opinion. But aside from that, we bought their latest album and it is GREAT. Probably because Rick Ruben produced it, but also because their first single totally stands up for them. They don't apologize about what they did, which is cool. If you can't stand up for what you say, then you shouldn't say it. I get tired of celebrities and politicians who back down when public opinion doesn't agree.
Boy, a simple comment like yours can really stir it up! We always knew you were a troublemaker!
Respectfully, Angie
