Gym Is Open (Thursday)
Hi everybody!
I did go on a 3.6 mile walk last night. It took me about 70 minutes. My joints were aching, so I came back pretty tired....
This morning I went to the gym and here is what I did:'
Cardio: Treadmill 35 minutes (5 min @ 3.0 mph, 30 min @ 3.5 mph random elevations)
Weights
SB Table Top 3 x 60 sec
Machine Back Extension 3 x 10
SB Wall Squat 3 x 8
Machine Leg Curls 2 x 10
Machine Leg Extension 2 x 10
Stability Ball Single Leg DB Shoulder Press 2 x 10
Machine Calf Raise 2 x 15

Step climber thingie: 20 minutes walked the equivalent of 60.4 flights of stairs!
Weights:
Seated leg press: 100 lbs, 1x12, 1x8
Leg curl: 90 lbs, 1x12, 1x8
Hip adductor: 150 lbs, 1x12, 1x8
Hip abductor: 150 lbs, 1x12, 1x8
Prone leg press: 80 lbs, 1x12, 1x8
Leg extension: 100 lbs, 1x12, 1x8
Stability ball:
Pelvic tilts (side-to-side) 200
Pelvic tilts (front-to-back) 200
Seated leg lifts 200
Wall squats, 25 for a count of 5, 2 for a count of 25
