Gym Is Open (Wednesday)
I did a cardio morning today.
Walked on the treadmilll for a total of 3.5+ miles in 50 minutes. Did all at 4.3 mph. Did 2 miles at 0 incline, next .5 mile at 2 incline, next .5 mile at 3 incline, next .25 at 4 incline and final .25 at 5 incline.
Just walked 4 laps around the office parking lot in the heat. Of course NOW the sun has gone behind clouds. Oh well. Worked on my tan a bit. LOL!

My plan ****il it gets off schedule, of course) is:
Monday: 20 minutes cardio (bike/treadmill) and lower body weights/stability ball
Tuesday: 20 minutes cardio (bike/treadmill) and upper body (some weights) and abs
Wednesday: Cardio workout only
Thursday: repeat of Monday
Friday: repeat of Tuesday
And hopefully on the weekend, another cardio day.
