L. chicken thigh w/ about 1" skin left on, cauliflour, 2 T corn
S. SF eskimo pie
D. turkey frank w/ wh wht roll ( Giant has one w/ 5 gr. fiber! yet soft ), 5 bean salad
S. frozen pineapple, maybe SF yogurt, not sure yet
vits., 50 oz. water so far
exer. need to get to gym

Pre-B: Protein shake
B: Cup o' joe, 2.5 devilled eggs
L: Ham and american cheese rollups
S: Protein shake
D: Will be leftover marinated grilled chicken, roasted cauliflower (roasted w/ garlic, olive oil and lemon juice w/ a sprinkle of parm cheese on top) and some baked sweet potato with a dab of butter
S: Protein shake
Vitamins: As usual... got my iron to take tonight
Water: 16.9 oz propel at the gym, 40 oz plain water, 60 oz water w/ water sensations flavoring (splenda sweetened!), working on more plain water now... glug, glug, glug
Exercise: Gym this a.m. 20 minutes cycle and some abs, walk at lunch (3 laps around the building about 20 minutes whew was it hot!)
