Did great! Drank lots of water... part of a hot dog (no bun), part of an italian sausage w/ peppers and onions (no bun), and a small bag of nuts we brought from home. Also had a protein shake there made in our shaker cups. Didn't go for the pretzel. Would have loved that way too much. Love those things. Hard to watch the major chowing down around us...soft serve ice cream in waffle cones, dippin' dots, ice cream between cookies, nachos, etc... Kathy

I am very proud of you Kath, and proud for you. Making wise food choices are hard enough when you are on your own domain, eating out is certainly a challenge, And I think you done good kid!

Awww, thanks, Barb! I'm proud too. Very proud. It sure wasn't easy. The "ooooh look at that... that looks yummy" mindset isn't easy to escape. But I tell ya... this is the first Monday I've woken up and I am not up a few pounds that I'll battle with for the rest of the week. In fact... I think I was 168 on Friday and I'm 167 today (my usually bouncing around range). I feel very empowered rather than weak or a bit defeated. I was feeling that way most Mondays after overdoing it on the carbs on the weekends and seeing it on the scale. Thanks, hon! Hugs, Kathy
