What are you eating? (Weekend Edition)
Saturday:
Pre-B: Protein shake
Brunch: Cup o' Joe, half a western omelette, third of a bacon, mushroom, onion, cheddar omelette, two strips of bacon
S: 1 SF Peanut butter cookie w/ SF choco chips
S: Protein shake, 1 slice of swiss cheese
D: Grilled marinated chicken (two ways... one with buffalo sauce and one with a lemon herb), grilled zucchini, baked sweet potato w/ butter
S: Protein shake, 2 SF peanut butter cookie w/ SF choco chips
Fluids: Did okay: 2 Propels, decaf iced tea, water (Probably needed more than I drank)
Vitamins: You bet.
Exercise: Yea, baby!
