What are you eating (Friday edition)?
PreB: Protein shake
B: 1/2 small cheese omelette, 2 tiny strips bacon, cup o' joe
L: Grilled cheeseburger w/ sauteed onions ala Rich
S: Protein shake
S2: 1 oz peanuts, 1 piece muenster cheese
D: Remaining 1/2 small cheese omelette, 2 tiny strips bacon, might have some vegies if I have room
S: Protein shake
Water: 16.9 Propel, 2 20 oz bottles working on 3rd
Vitamins: Got my iron/vit C to take
Exercise: Gym closed. Did walk 4 laps around parking lot at lunch.
oh, it's so not been a good eating day today!!
B: SBD bfast wrap
S: protein drink
L: about 1/4 of a large green pepper, 1/4 medium cucumber, 1 slice wheat bread with 2 slices ff bologna and about 1 tbsp lite miracle whip
S: 1-1/2 pieces sf candy
S2: 1/2 $.99 bag of Ranch Doritos
D: can of progresso corn and chicken chowder (WAY high in calories - about 420 calories/can), 3-4 handfuls of 4 cheese cheeze-its, hadful of stale tortilla chip crumblies (those little tiny pieces at the bottom of the bag) 2 sf cookies
I guess it's not as bad as I was thinking - but that dinner was definitely not a good one. The thing is my computer has been down all day so I thought, "Hmm...I don't have to record my food today in fitday.com, so I can go hog wild today!! I deserve it!! I've lost about 9-10 pounds in the last month!! It's been a good month!! Man, the mind tricks we play.
It's almost 7 and I'm full. IF I have a snack later I will have some fruit. No more carbs today.
Vits are all done except my doc put me on Magnesium Oxide today thinking it may help with my back pain. I've not taken that yet, so I'll take that in a bit.
