One Whole Year!
Today is my one year.
Like most of you, I am happy and proud.
I lost 125 since surgery and 50 the three months right before. I am finally under 200 and feel sexy and young.

The only pain I have these days is the pain my trainer gives me and I just love that pain.
I still have struggles and am sure I always will. I keep a good food journal and take all my vitamins.
When I have plateaus which I do, I just keep with my program and it goes away.
My surgeon said I could start talking to plastic surgeons. I want to lose about 20 more pounds and keep stable for a few months first though. At 5'6 and 49 years old, all the muscles I have built, I think it is the right weight for me.
I do not post to much but I do appreciate all the support I read on this board, Thanks and congrats to all of you.

Hey, Julie!
Congratulations to you! You've done great.
Love the pain reference.
I'm a wee bit taller than you at 5'7.5" and 45 y.o. and I weigh 167ish and I think I'm in the right ballpark weightwise so I think your goal is a great place to be! I was laying on the bed earlier with my leg in the air and admiring my own leg muscles (through the hanging skin, that is) so I know where you are coming from. LOL!
Post more often, if you can.
