LND: Leftover grilled marinated london broil and green beans, 2 pieces of muenster cheese.

B: Cup o' joe, taylor ham (fried)
L: Tuna salad
Planned:

D: Cheeseburger w/ broccoli in cheese sauce
S: Protein shake
Water: 16.9 oz propel, 20 oz pure water. Working on 2nd 20 oz now.
Vitamins: Got more calcium/magnesium to go and my iron/Vit C.
Exercise: No gym this morning. I did 4 laps up and down the 6 flights of stairs at lunch. Might go to pilates tonight if I feel up to it.
