Gym Is Open (Thursday)

I did manage to get a 2 mile walk last night around my neighborhood. This morning I went to the gym and did 30 minutes on the treadmill, then focused on abs, with crunches and cable twists on the stability ball. What did you do to move your body today? Lori

I have something due at work tomorrow so I opted to skip the gym this morning and I'm amazed that I feel... guilt. Okay, maybe guilt isn't the word... but I feel strange. I didn't get to walk at lunch... it started drizzling but I did take 4 trips up and down the 6 flights of stairs. The first two "regular" and the second two... doing every other step on the way up. Whew! That was a small workout. Other than that... I may not do anything else but there is a pilates class at the gym tonight but getting out of the house after I'm home and settled isn't easy. It isn't til 7:30. If I do, I do. If I don't, I don't. Kathy

Hi Lori, Today, I got to the gym at 5AM so I could get at least 60 minutes in the gym. Cardio=35 minutes treadmill at 4.0 speed and 15 incline Weight Training=30 minutes of upper body weight training NB
