Gym Is Open (Wednesday)
Well, I did rest my knee and did not do the evening walk last night. I did go to the gym today and it felt a whole lot better.
Here is what I did:
Cardio: Treadmill 35 minutes (5 min @ 3.0 mph 0%, 30 min @ 4.5 mph @ 2.5%)
Weights
SB Table Top 3 x 60 sec
Machine Back Extension 3 x 10
SB Wall Squat 3 x 8
Machine Leg Curls 2 x 10
Machine Leg Extension 2 x 10
Stability Ball Single Leg DB Shoulder Press 2 x 10
Machine Calf Raise 2 x 15

Wednesday is usually a cardio morning for me because I go to the PT in the evening but this evening I will not, I have to much on my plate today so I am happy to at least get my cardio in today.
Here are my stats for today:
Crosstrainer - 35 minutes (levels 5 thru 10)
Elipical - 15 minutes

5 minutes (got to gym late!)
Weights:
Seated leg press: 90 lbs, 1x12, 1x8
Leg curl: 80 lbs, 1x12, 1x8
Hip adductor: 140 lbs, 1x12, 1x10
Hip bbductor: 140 lbs, 1x12, 1x10
Prone leg press: 80 lbs, 1x12, 1x6
Leg extension: 80 lbs, 1x12, 1x10
Stability ball:
Pelvic tilts (side-to-side) 200
Pelvic tilts (front-to-back) 200
Seated leg lifts 200
Wall squats, 25 for a count of 5, 5 for a count of 25
Work stairs:
4 trips up and down 6 flights total: 2 regular up and down, 2nd set of 2 on the way up I only stepped on every other step - downstairs every step.
Lunch time parking lots walk:
5 laps (a good 35 minutes of walking)
