What will you be eating on Tuesday?
Pre-B: Protein shake
B: Cup o' joe, 2 deviled eggs (yummers)
L: Ham/cheese rollups
S: Protein shake
D: Dinner out so I'm unsure. Meat/fish and some vegies and salad. Going to try to skip the starches and breads.

Last night, Rich and I finished the SF ice cream. Shouldn't have bought it over the weekend in the first place. But I believe it is all gone. He was supposed to chuck whatever was left. The fact it was in the house bothered me last night. Then I had one with him and another and I felt ill. Bad decisions.

I don't know what was wrong with me last night. I think I was overtired from the weekend and was trying to comfort myself or something. I had a protein shake while making dinner, then wasn't really hungry for dinner. Then I had some Nips (hard candy), s/f pops, and a bunch of wheat thins, then 2 pieces of cheese. Then I had TERRIBLE guilt, which I hate. I really think the key for me is to keep busy. Last night I was trying to kick back and not be busy, and look what happened! I have no self control.
B: Light 'n' Fit straw/banana yogurt with banana cut up in it and 1/4 cup Grape Nuts trail mix
After B: Protein Drink
L: Salad made with romaine hearts, spinach, black beans, black olives, ff feta, croutons, chicken, and SBD ranch dressing. Measuring out the ENTIRE salad it's about 500 calories - but I will eat maybe 1/2 of it
D: chili dogs made with ff hot dogs and homemade chili (x-lean ground beef and 3-4 different kinds of beans)
S: later this evening, I may finish off my salad from lunch.
Multi, and 1st dose of calcium done, will take 2nd dose with lunch and iron later between lunch and dinner.
My quads are still WAY sore and I've got tons of meetings all afternoon so there will likely be no exercise today.
