Gym Is Open (Monday)
Hi Guys,
I just got back from having my 3rd synvisc shot in my knees. They are so much better. But, not when I do jazzercise. My doctor today told me to stop doing it. I really love my classmates and my instructors, that is why I've been going even though it kills my knees...but, alas, he is right.
Here is what I did today:
Stability Ball Crunch w/weight
S Ball Knee Bend
S Ball Bridge
S Ball Bridge Curl-In
S Ball Oblique Twist
S Ball Elbow Raise
S Ball Pect. Fly w/ring
S Ball Pullover
S Ball Squat
Stability Disk Bicep Curl
Stability Disk Upright Row
Tricep Dips
Leg Curl Machine
For cardio, I did 25 minutes on the treadmill. I will walk more tonight.

Hiya Lori, The circuit takes 30 min and yer done ! I spend 10 or more min. stretching afterward mostly my own 'made up' stretches to work on lengthening the stretchy connective tissue from hips to feet down the sides ( it hurts day and nt. ). I forgot what it is { ligament or something like faschia ???} I like Curves cuz it's in and out. However I am thinking it may be soon time to try a gym w/ per. trainer to target trouble spots. Still in the dreaming stage. Dtr #4 likes to go with me and except for her mia most of the time it is good WHEN we can coordinate to go together. Have a happy 1 yr surgiversary. Mary
