What will you be eating on Monday?
B: 1 cup lowfat cottage cheese
S: 1-1/2 scoops of Isopure Mango/Peach in about 16 oz of sf koolaid
L: 1/2 cup tuna salad made with light mayo, relish, boiled egg, and spices, and 1/2 of a large green pepper
D: will be pizza tonight - hubby and I are doing a "Godfather" marathon tonight so we figured we'd be in the theme of things and do pizza - I'll have 1 maybe 2 slices and make sure mine has veggies on it - probably will do mushroom and pepperoni or something.
I also made a sf cobbler and may have some of that later as well.
I'm about to go take my 2nd calcium dose as my 1st dose as well as my iron and multi are done for the day.
I pulled both quads yesterday playing softball so I'm not doing much today exercise wise. I'm in some pain

Pre-B: Protein shake
B: Cup o' joe, two deviled eggs (yumm)
L: Ham and cheese rolls ups (some with American, some with Muenster)
S: Protein shake
D: Leftover grilled marinated steak and green beans w/ almonds (dab of butter on them)
S: Protein shake
Exercise: Gym this a.m.: 10 minutes cycle (2.7 mi), leg weight machines and stability ball exercises
Water: 16.9 oz Propel, 40 oz pure water, 16 oz crystal light pink lemonade, 20 oz pure water going down...
Vitamins: You betcha. Got my iron to take later.

I forgot I had some cantaloupe this a.m. with my breakfast and lunch - total of about 1/8 of a medium sized melon.
Also, rather than the sf cobbler for a snack, I had a cup of Light 'n' fit yogurt with a banana and 1/4 cup Grape Nuts Trail Mix Crunch cereal. Much better in the calorie count, I'm sure.
I did end up having two slices (equivilant) of pizza for dinner. Two VERY small slices of a lg pepperoni and sausage pan (= 1 regular sized slice) and 1 slice medium hand tossed pepperoni and mushroom. I got the nutrition information from Pizza Hut's website and it was about 530 calories for those pieces of pizza - thankfully my calorie count for the day already had been low - I could afford the calories!! But I know this is not a good choice for a regular routine for me.
Just wanted to make sure that I was honest and accurate in my reporting!
