May "Rear End" Challenge
No, this isn't a shape up your Shar-Pei challenge.
How is every doing that wanted to join in what was formerly called the 13th month challege? This challenge starts any day you designate and runs til 5/31/2006! We'll do another one for the front half of June and so on. You pick what you want to work on whether it's food, beverages, alcohol, vitamins, water, exercise, or anything else you can come up with.
Rich and I were going to:
1. Eliminate carbonated beverages
2. Eliminate sugar alcohols except for occassional protein bars which we rarely if ever do (no SF candies, cakes, cookies, gum, mints, ice cream)
3. Eliminate white carbs
We actually started this today or so I think. Have to check with Rich. LOL! So far, so good for me.

I hardly EVER post, but your post struck me as I was talking about this last night with my family. I felt like if I could pick something to concentrate on; take things one at a time instead all at once, it would be less stressful.
Soooooooooooo, I am going to work on less Cheez Its in my life. I am TOTALLY hooked on them. They are my only carb intake, so maybe that is why I am hooked.
I think if I just have ONE bag (snack size) per day instead of two or three, it would be doable. Afternoon, ~3pm, is primo time at work for a snack.
Upping the Cheese Sticks and the Beef Jerky.
Gotta. Stop. Cheez Its.
