What did you do today to work your body?
I did 15 minutes on the cycle for 4 miles total, I think. Then did my leg machines (seated leg curl, leg press, hip adductor, hip abductor, etc), stability ball leg exercises (side to side pelvic tilts, front to back pelvic tilts, leg raises, wall squats) and some stretching.
Didn't get a chance to walk at lunch but did do one lap up and down the 6 flights of stairs at work.
