Food idea: Deli Roll-ups
Rich was busy today. He made deli roll-ups. He rolled beef bologna with american cheese and ham with light swiss cheese. (No bread or wraps here... just meat and cheese rolled up.) Then he sliced them into 1 inch or so pinwheels. They are all sitting in a nice storage container in the fridge. Easy to eat, very tasty and PROTEIN rich.
These also can be put on top of salad greens to make a chef's salad. And they make a great quick protein filled snack.
