Gym Is Open (Wednesday)
Sorry for the late post, it is a very busy crazy day for me.
I did a 3 mile walk last night.
At the gym today, I did:
SB Reverse Crunch 3 x 15
Stability Ball Weighted Oblique Crunch 3 x 10 each
Stability Ball DB Chest Press 3 x 8
Stability Ball DB Pull Over 3 x 8
SB DB Fly 2 x 10
Lat Pull Down Wide Grip 2 x 10
Cable Biceps Curls 2 x 10
V Grip Cable Triceps Extension 2 x 10
For cardio, I did 25 mins on the treadmill. I will try and fit in another evening walk.

Mary,
I've never been physically active in my life. Why I am so addicted to it now, I don't know, but, I'm very happy about it! Now if eliminating all bad carbs from my life was as easy!
When I have trouble getting out of bed for my 5 am workout...I do the nike commercial in my head...Just do it!

Hey Lori ~
I did 30 minutes on the elliptical, then did all legs with the trainer. Among other things, we did drop-ins which just about killed me! The nice thing was my trainer bought me a new workout outfit for my birthday tomorrow. She jokingly said she's tired of seeing me in my droopy workout clothes!

Good morning,
For cardio today I did the cross trainer for 45 minutes at level 9; and the elliptical(sp?) for 15 mintues.
I worked on the chest for weight training.
At 5:30PM, I worked out with the PT for 45 minutes working on lower body and 25 mintues of cardio.
It was a great workout but a long day!
