Gym Is Open (Tuesday)
Well, in keeping with my new goal of getting in more than 10,000 steps a day (by my pedometer). I ended up doing about a 40 minute walk last night. This pedometer has really been a great motivator for me to look for the very farthest parking spot and always take the stairs. I never thought in a million years I'd be like this!
Today, I went to a circuit jazzercise class. I tried to modify stuff to take care of my knees.
