13 Month Challenge
Anyone up for a 13 Month Challenge? Make some changes that might help you get to your goal faster? Been struggling a bit? Need to cut down on snacking?
Rich and I decided to make some changes for my 13th month and his 21/22nd month. Here are our changes:
1. Eliminate soda/any carbonated
2. Eliminate sugar alcohols (unless from a protein bar) - no SF candies or ice creams
3. Eliminate white carbs
We are going to do this for the whole month.

I'm on board! I haven't tried anything carbonated, so that's not an issue for me, but I definitely need to work on the others:
1) eliminate SF ice cream
2) eliminate white carbs
3) increase protein by 20 grams per day
4) increase exercise to at least 30 minutes 4 days per week (with my new job that's totally consuming me, that's all that I can possibly commit to right now)
This is great! I know it will make a difference for me!!

Excellent Wanda! I think that most of us have some "fine tuning" we could do to get things moving again or better then they have been.
As for the exercise, do what you can. Lately, I go to the gym but I've added a trip up and down the stairs in the office (6 flights) a couple of times a day - a great breather from your desk or a walk around the outer edges of the parking lot during lunch - yet another breather. Really helps!
