Pre-B: Protein shake
B: Two hard boiled eggs, 1.5 oz American cheese
L: Taco meat w/ a couple of pinches of shredded cheddar cheese
S: Protein shake
Have support group this evening so I'm not sure what is for dinner. Could be a protein shake plus another one for a snack given my schedule for the evening.
Water: 16.9 propel, working on 4th 20 oz bottle of water
Exercise: Went to gym this morning, cycle for 3 miles and leg machines
Vitamins: You betcha... got iron left to do later tonight
B: 1 cup lf cottage cheese, 2 tbsp flax seeds
L: 3 oz tuna salad made with lf mayo, 24 oz iced decaf, sf, non-fat latte
S: 4 Wheat Thins
S2: Protein Bar
D: (Will be) Chili mac made with Barilla Plus pasta, 93% lean ground beef and lotsa different beans
S: (later) I don't know - it depends on what my %s are - I'm really trying to stick to the 40% protein, 30% carbs, 30% fat
All vits done
Water has been about 48oz so far - it's almost 5:00 p.m.
