My 1 yr anniversary!
Hello everyone-
When I started this new outlook on life I was 231 lbs which put me at a BMI of 43.6. I am currently 136 lbs which puts me at a BMI of 25.6 I lack 4 lbs from being "Normal weight". I lack 5 lbs from being 100 lbs weight loss. I have lost 91 inches. I just used my left side such as arm and what not. I have accomplished many goals that I never thought I'd be able to do. I have realized that I was not living life like I was. 21 yrs old, and felt like I was 60. I was so scared that I would die before I was 50. I Thank God for what he has done for me. I have came so far from last year.
I now shop in normal stores and don't have to worry about plus. The only thing is sometimes being smaller they still don't have your size! LOL! I can walk up stairs and not feel like I could die. My blood pressure is normal. My knees don't hurt me. My feet still hurt me. My back hasn't been hurting me but I recently injuried it at work (May 1) and I'm going to see a doctor Monday about it.
I weigh less than hubby which NOT IN A MILLION YEARS OR EVEN A TRILLION would I have EVER thought I'd weigh less than him. He is a bean pole! I will post some pics of me and him. He took me out to eat at a VERY nice restaruant to eat. Beautiful.
I don't even feel like I'm the same person I actually feel my age 22! I am greatful to God and everyone who had a part to help me w/my surgery and aftercare and for all who prayed for me and was there for me.
Today was a good day in a way then a little upsetting. I got my nephew a go cart which he loves! So does my hubby! He is a big kid! I went to wal-mart and a girl backed into my car! I got the car March 30th (one day after my 22nd b-day for my b-day gift from hubby). She backed up and was wanting to get in a parking spot and just hit the gas pretty fast and just backed right into me and hit me! There was a man and a woman that saw her. She said she was sorry and that she will pay for the repairs bc she doesn't want her insurance to go up. Which I agreed to. I just hope and pray that she will. She seemed like she would. I was at a dead stop when she hit me. She said she thought I was backing up bc she was backing up. She didn't give me a chance to back up. Oh well it happened everyone was ok and God will take care of things.
