1 year 5-9-06

Hi, I also celebrated my 1 year anniversary this week!! What a awesome year it has been!!!! The day of my surgery I weighted 378 today, 1 year later, I weight 199!!! I haven't weighted in the 1's since high school! When I saw the scale read 199, I screamed!!!! That was my goal for my year and I made it!!! I had my 1 year check up and all my labs came back perfect, so I'm healthy and doing everything I should! My surgeon said "You must be following all of the rules" I said "EVERYDAY". I take pride in the fact that I haven't' cheated or gone away from the original rules they set for me and obviously they are working!!! I figured they know better then I do what I should and shouldn't do.. if they tell me to do something, I'm going to do it or vise a versa. I feel so much better physically, emotionally, every way!!!!!!!! My surgeon told me something cute yesterday.. he said "you're twice the woman, but half the person", I liked that!!! Congrats to everyone who hit their year this month!!!!!!!!!!!!!! =)
