Welcome Delia! Thanks for posting. This is a great time for all of us Maysters to take a real accounting of where we are at one year out and to really use the support that is here. To me, this is so much more about the brain and our emotional relationship with food then anything else.
WLS is a tool, not a cure.

What a great post Delia, Congrats on losing the 100 lbs. Ya know, all of us are struggling with some emotional eating these days, it seems. Lori posted a wonderful list on the 12th so if ya haven't read it yet I hope you will. It had such wise, deep thoughts that can be such clues for us to ponder and assist us in pressing on and losing to goal and keeping there for life. So glad you popped in to visit, come back often.

Welcome, Delia! Glad to have you with us. This is a fabulous board. It is great to be with people at the same place that you are at. Many of us have been together for the duration but many find us along the journey and we are very happy to have everyone join in!
Congrats on your surgiversary! You've done great! Skydiving? Wowzers! Not for me!
Best wishes, Kathy
