What are you eating today?(Tuesday)

I had my usual coffee and water before breakfast B-my usual cereal and milk( I eat this every morning b/c it helps with the constipation) L-smartones frozen meal with a slice ff buttered bread and a few asparagus spears S-apple and string cheese D-bean salad and asparagus spears S-grapefruit and before bed some milk Candy all water and vits done ran a mile on the treadmill

Well, I was planning on cottage cheese with flax seeds for bfast but when I pulled out the cottage cheese I discovered it was expired. Never had that happen pre-op. Nothing ever expired in my house! So, I had: B: Yoplait light FF yogurt with 2 tbsp flax seeds S: 1-1/2 scoops Nectar Fuzzy Navel in 12 oz water L: 5oz tuna fish with 1 tbsp light mayo, relish, and a buncha spices with about 1/4 green pepper (this was a BIG pepper), about 2 1" pieces of watermelon S: about a cup of watermelon chunks D: 1-1/2 eggs, 1-1/2 whole wheat pancakes (I'm guessing they were about 5-6" across), and 2 slices of bacon all with sf syrup, 2 small handfuls of sf M&Ms and YES - I'm gassy - GasX in the works. I will likely have a snack later and considering I still have some room for carbs in my day (I'm trying to stick to 40/30/30) I will likely have an individual sized bag of popcorn sprinkled with parmesean (the 100 calorie bags are magnificent!) All vitamins are done and I'm a little low on the fluids so I'm pushing those tonight, too. No exercise to speak of today.
