started at 423 Today 223 total loss of 200 pounds todate. Still have more to go but I will get there! Great post!

Well, I started at almost 400 lbs.!!! I am down 163 lbs. so far!! With still another 50 or so to go!! I'm so proud of everyone and of all the weight that has been lost!! The journey has been a long hard one, but my oh my... look at the results!! Keep up the great work everyone!! Love & hugs, Loree

I started out officially at 329 (I know I was much heavier) and am now at 189. So, I have lost 140 pounds so far. I plan on losing at least 20 more. Laura

WOW Dee Dee, you're success is nothing short of AMAZING!! As for me, Started at 268, now maintain at 154 (-16 UNDER goal!) @ 6'tall, from size 22/screaming tight to 6/comfortable! Pam rny 5/13/04
