Your weight loss is great ... I just went back to my surgeon for my plastic surgeon referral and she told me to stop loosing . I am at 135 and she told me it should have stopped by now .
But on the other hand she said my body must like this weight .
I am 5.7 and was told I would stop at 160 .. opps .. looks like my body really liked this weight .
I think your surgeons goal is right on the money .. keep up the great work ..

I weighed 501 on the day of my surgery and today I weigh around 318, so that is down 183.
