Each new day brings new choices-no wait-each HOUR of each day brings new choices, and I have the power to make good ones. No fair trashing the gift God (and Dr Howell) gave me; I have to take this precious gift and TREASURE it.

OH MY GOSH THIS IS HILARIOUS!!! I thought it was just me.........My husband said he saw some drawers he is gonna hafta get me,,, the panties with the ass already in them.............LOLOLOL He said my butt is gone... LOL,,, I think thisis too funny and I have noticed the knees thing too.. I have to have a pillow between mine. and I went to the Doctor about the back too,,, he gave me muscle relaxers.........It really would be funnier tho if it didnt hurt so bad... I rode my horse today and helped my husband an son vaccinate 50 cows,,,, translate that to,,, I gave shots they ran them through,,, for some big tough cattlemen they both HATE NEEDLES!!!!!!! And my 18 year old son tells me hes gonna get a tattoo........Cant wait to see that......... HE WILL PASS OUT IF HE SEES THE NEEDLE>>>>>LOL ANyway,, I am goin to take somemuscle relaxers.... And go to bed with my granny knee pillow.......Goodnite........ Melanie -100 Go Me GO ME!!!!!! PS I BOUGHT A SIZE 6 Jeans,,,,,and they fit........ oh my achin bones....but its worth it........ My food choices were horrible today...Had to work a weird shift at work, so therefore didn't pull a meal out of freezer, and opted for fast food...
B-skipped
L- half a slice of casey's pizza..canadian bacon
S-at 5:00pm 4 crackers and 2 pieces of cheese
D-at9:00pm half of a burrito supreme from taco bell
Tomorrow will be much better. I fell like I just ate junk today.

Wow what a bad food day for me...I guess you can tell it is almost that time of the month!! lol
6am: 1/2 sf decaf vanilla coffee (which is only about 3oz.)
9am: 3/4 of a pop-tart ( I guess I shouldn't have waited so long to eat...this is the beginning of the bad day)
9:30am: snickers low carb marathon bar
11:30am: 2 slices apple
noon: egg, sausage, cheese and onion scramble
1pm: more egg scramble
2pm: 2 buffalo chicken wings
1/2 fruit roll up
3pm:snickers low carb marathon bar (I don't think I will buy anymore of these for while...they are too easy to grab)
5pm: 3 oreos
7pm: snack attack since I didn't eat dinner...
handful of cheetoes
handful of animal crackers (boy i slightly dumped on these and felt lick to my stomach for about 20min...was it worth it? NO!!!)
Well there ya go..I confessed my crappy food day...pray for me to get a grip tomorrow. I think the pop tart started it all. My daughter left it sitting by the computer so when I came in here this morning it was staring at me. If I would have eaten breakfast I would have resisted...lol
Tomorrow is a new day....Have a great night!

D - 3 Peanut butter- crackers with bannana.
Snack today was Nuts and a few pork rinds ..

Its really weird to feel my bones. I find that sitting on wooden pews the hardest---no padding on my back or behind. It is great to have that problem though.
