Well I would type what I ate today but I fear Carpal Tunnel Syndrome would set in....so EVERYTHING will have to do...Weekends are so hard for mean and i usuallly lose on monday which i think means i dont get enough cal. during the week but i didnt make good food choices today..went to aunt bettys for a bday party...no cake but ate my wgt. in sf ice cream which meant i spent the ENTIRE time walking outside to toot.......fun fun fun...anyway i am having a scrap book morning with my buddy and am so looking forward to it...kid free scrappin time...i hope we all do great on sunday..and love postin with you chicks..thanks for the inspiration...love you all and have a new pic to post for ya soon...definately in a size 14 and really excited about it...talk to you soon...be safe...

Congratulations, Melissa!!! You look fantastic! I can sooo relate to the feelings you expressed. This has been such a blessing. We're all so very fortunate to have this second chance at a better, healthier life. You're doing great! God bless!

Hello May brothers and sisters! My official 9 month weight is 138!!! I'm 7 lbs away from goal. I can wear size 4 pants now! Holy crap, me... a size 4!!! Dr. Houston said i've lost 93% of my excess weight. Life is wonderful! Thank you, Jesus!!! Thank you!!! With the exception of the births of my children, this has been the greatest blessing in my life. I have ZERO regrets. People are referring to me as thin, tiny, skinny minnie. Those are terms that have never in any way related to me and its odd to hear it now. Doc gave me a list of plastic surgeons in Nashville. I'll be looking into that very soon. So much of my body is in need of help lol. Still, i'd taking 80 yr old skin over being fat any day. I cant say this enough.... THANK YOU, JESUS!!! God bless!!

ok this was my day...I tried to get in some protien but didn't do a good job of it.

L-half a taco, 4 chips and lotsa salsa
D-3bites of a BLOODY salsbury steak YUCK! and 2 bites of mashed taters, and a bite of a hot roll.
Dinner didn't sit well!!!

Ok dont shoot me, lol. I got a wild hair up my bum today.
B- carb countdown choc milk
L- protein drink
then I decided we need to get out of the house on this beautiful day and just go somewhere different. So we went shopping in WV about an hour and a half from home, then went from restaurant to restaurant trying to find a nice place to eat with out waiting over an hour to be seated. Well where did we end up, Hooters, lol. NOw here is my bad part of the day dinner- half a hooters cheese burger, 4 hot wings, 2 celery, and a sip uf my hubbys beer. bad bad me for dinner. My son ended up eating his first raw oyster on the half shell, and then had another, lol he gets that from his dad, oysters yuck!! Is it bad when your 6 yr old flirts with the Hooters waitress?!! He said she was pretty, boy am I gonna have my hands full when he gets older. Well thats enough for me I will do better tomorrow- Melissa

Well folks .. I have been up all night since Friday .. I worked all day . then on call all night and the phone did not stop .. Today has been the worst day for me yet ..
Breakfast - 1/2 scrambled egg w cheese 2 pieces of bacon .. and half slice of Atkins Low carb bread .. Wallla .. it all came back up .. Why in the hell did I think I could eat this .. I will never know ..
Lunch - Went to a Home and Garden party - had fruit .. and some crackers ..
Dinner - Husband went to the greasiest spoon in town .. brought back chicken - cabbage .. greenbeans.. I had a bite of the chicken . 3 tablespoons of cabbage - Yum .. and same for the greenbeans ..
You ask - where is your protien Nat .. well .. I have been so tired .. I did not ever make My nectar .. I plan on having some tonight before bed ..
And start the day a new tommorow .. and I will start it with my normal NECTAR and not eggs !

Hey girl! I know how you are feeling. I have been out of control lately....and its scaring the **** out of me!! Starting on MOnday....I am gonna start writing down everything I eat. I need to stop with the chocolate...I dont dump on chocolate...so its hard to stay away. I need to start drinking more water and getting enough protein in everyday. I haven't lost anything in weeks. If you need to talk, I am here....

Now don't you make me whip out more preachin gurl .. Wow .. it is hard .. I know .. I get so much from my nutricionist .. man.. when I want something sweet .. I grab a protein bar .. I found one Susan I swear taste just like a bananna split. Susan Maria sells them - STRIVE BARS . I pick at them all day . You might just want to start counting your calories versus what you are eating... at Goal weight you can add more calories . Jus****ch the carbs .. and if you are exersising.. the better ..
I am proud of you .. you are now thinking about your choices and see what needs to be adjusted .. I have so many tricks to this .. for eating .. what I mean is .. I have learned to substitute the bad stuff for good .

Well, I read Nat's post about the gift and I've taken it to heart. I need the accountability of this daily post, so that maybe I'll get more on track. Self-control is not a strong suit for me.
B- Nectar
S-Ghirardelli chocolates (can't blame Satan this time)
L-2 skinless chicken thighs, shredded, and some eggplant and tomato
D-UGH 1/3 ham and cheese omelette, 1/4 blueberry muffin, 1/4 C of vanilla malt from Perkins (what the heck was I doin in there anyway???) and some serious dumperelli right after
S- Several hours later-Power Crunch Protein bar
I hit the gym with a vengeance today so I'm hoping that bought me some forgiveness for the chocolate (which was one serving-220 cal, BAD SUSAN).
Y'all are all doing so incredibly well! I'm amazed to see how little everyone else eats, even this far out. I need a reality check with the nutritionist and a serious come-to-jesus about my behaviour.
