SELF
Self matters ! Self is YOU .. yourself that person sitting in the chair reading this . No matter where you are SELF is going to be there . It is up to you to take care of your SELF .
NO one else on earth is more important than your SELF . If you love your SELF others can love you back .
When you are planning meals for your SELF rememember to go healthy or do not go .. your SELF will thank you later .
Always remember that your SELF relies on you for all of its vitamins , nutrician , water and exersise .. No one esle can do this but you .
Take care of your SELF .. Love your SELF and hug your SELF when you feel down and out.. you will be amazed at how doing little things for your SELF will make you feel .. so much like loving others MORE .
So ..get up - put your arms around your SELF and be so remindful of how far you have come ..and how important your Self is .. not only to you .. but to others ..

O Melissa there are so many ways to fix things now that are healthy and taste good . For instance .. if you like pizza and do not want the crust , Try shaving some cheese - heat up a non stick skillet .. let the cheese melt in the skillet .. once it gets a little hard .. add your sauce and any other toppings ... slide it on to a plate - and there ya have it .
I happen to love mushrooms thank goodness .. low in cals they are . I try to follow the southbeach recipes and Kraft sponsors them .. and are so easy ... Next time you go to Walmart .. ask someone if they carry the southbeach recipe book . It is the bomb and so affordable . Maybe we can start a reciepe post .. Let me think on it ..

B-1 poached egg, 1 slice cheese, 1/2 english muffin, 1 cup of coffee with vanilla caramel creamer and splenda in it.
L-3/4 cup boiled chicken and rice topped with cheese
D-1/2 small hamburger and 3 french fries.
Lots of water. -130, 60 to go. Debra

L - Olive Garden soup and salad and small bite of spagetti ....low carb yogurt
S - Power Crunch Protein Bar
D - Chicken Scaloppini (cant spell) mostly a few bites of chicken breast I did not like the sauce and pasta does not sit well...
S - Popcorn
Water, Crystal Light and Vitamins....

Working evening shift now...these days always get a little bad
B: Homemade Latte w/ SF amaretto syrup (12g)
L: 1/2 cup mac n cheese (4g)...this is not my norm, nor will it become the norm...I was so hungry by supper, I was shaky...The kids were eating mac n cheese and I wasn't up for fixing something special for me
S: Salad w/ 2 oz chix breast, 1/2 egg/ 1/4 cup cheese..ahhh much better
(I'm guessing about 25g total)
Snack tonight at work will be: NF/SF decaf latte (12g)
Snack before bed tonight: GNC protein drink (20g)

Tonya good to see you posting. Sorry you had a bad weekend. Anthony came home from school at noon from all the snow and now it is melted, but they say more is coming so Im not sure on if he has school tomorrow or not. Nat I am amazed at how healthy you eat!! Can you give me some ideas of foods that are quick and easy to make, dont taste too bad, lol. I like mushrooms but only on pizza or in spaghetti those big portabella ones gross me out. I really need very low carb and high protein meals and of course low in fat. I really need help in this to acheive my goal and be a healthier person. The big things about healthy foods that get to me are they seem to be more expensive, or dont taste good at all. That cereal sounded nice with bananas and splenda. Any help you can give me sweetie- Melissa

Let's see.
B 2 pieces of bacon and 1 piece of sausage. One bite of a pancake.
L 4 chicken nuggets, maybe 1\4 cup of beans and cheese.
S 1 carb option bar
D 1 egg, 3 pieces of turkey bacon, and 2 pieces of carb bread. Didn't eat the whole sandwhich, but most of it.
Maybe have some chocolate milk later. Not sure, it depends on how I feel. Had a very rough weekend!! Need to still catch up on sleep. Talk to you later. I am off to watch a movie and sleep. To cold to do anything here. The wind is blowing hard and it is snowing. We are suppose to get 3 inches of snow. YEA RIGHT!!!!!! We never get anything! You get it all. LOL
