me too melissa..the excersize is killing me...or i mean the fact that i am not doing it..i have got to get started...i am just so tired all the time which i am sure would change if i would MAKE time to do it..anyway good job today...keep it up!!

2 cups of coffee and 24 ozs of water/crystal lite and working on a bottle of water as I type.

I weighed in this morning at 198!!! I knew the day would come (I say this with a big sigh) and here it is! I've updated my profile with my thoughts on the day, but wanted to share with the people who truly understand better than anyone else!
