I need some new ideas for food. I have not been making the best decisions lately..and I am paying for it because I have been stuck at 208 for weeks now. Gotta get back on track...I can't screw this up. Thanks again for listening......... LA

Being a former diabetic . Carbs scare me .. I do not do pasta .. sugar of any kind.. or bread .. I may have a cracker with cheese.. but none of the above . When I started this I only did about 20 carbs .. now I get 40 .. I just can not and will not subjective myself to the outcome of bad carbs .. now - good carbs .. from veggies or fruits .. I do not really look at them to hard .. If your weight loss is where it needs to be I would keep doing what you are doing .. if not - adjust those carbs and up that protein . Take care , Nat

OMG where did the hunger come from today ! NECTAR FIRST THING 9:00 CARB WELL PROTEIN BAR SOME NUTS LUNCH - 1/2 LEAN POCKET ( The new low carb ones - 20 grams in all total - but ya can only eat half .. YOGURT - SOME MORE NUTS DINNER - SOME MELTED CHEESE - 1/2 SMALL CHICKEN BREAST W SALAD I will do another Nectar before bed . So far total protein is 87 grams .. I felt so hungry today .. I did have 60 oz of water .. most came from decaf coffee .. yummm Have a great night ~ Nat

Allison I am so tired alot too!! NOt sure if its just lazy, or something medical. My labs come back with flying colors, so my dr thinks it might be some of the other meds im on for anxiety. I thought after all this weight loss I would get a spurt of energy, but no such luck for me. My mother lost 100lbs some time ago, and she said she never gained energy either. So all I can do is try exercising more and see if that brings my energy leverl up. Stopping my meds might help but it would just make my anxuety situation worse so its a no go on stopping them- Melissa

Thanks sweetie, gosh you look like a new person, lol you are3 a new person! I hope to start losing more soon it is driving me nuts, I lost 10lbs in 2 months!! That is so slow compared to normal. Im tired of having to wear 18's!! They are so baggy in the legs and tight around the b=middle. IM so afraid my waist is not going to get any smaller unless I get a tummy tuck. I cant get that done till we try for another baby, and till I lose more weight. I am saggy but happy with my body except for my tummy it just isnt getting smaller just saggier. Tape measures dont lie and neither do my pants, my stomach is just not going anywhere lately and it is so fusterating!!!!! All that advise I gave you and support has just gone out the window for me, Im so fusterated and tired of this size. It doesnt help that I was a size 18 for the longest time before I gained all that weight. My surgeaon says I am only 7lbs from his goal!! He is crazy!!! That will leave me at still being fat!! Well enough mumble grumble, lol. I am so happy you made it through those plateaus and are almost at goal. It couldnt happen to a better person. Love ya hun email me when you can- Melissa

Melissa, baby!!! I've missed you!!! Thanks for the kudos, gf. Sorry to hear you're stuck. Those darn plateaus are soooo frustrating. I'll lose a few pounds in a week, then go three weeks without losing anything. Drives me nuts. Girl, as for the exercise, I never do. Dr. Houston told me last Thursday i'm proof that you can succeed at this with diet alone. Its been 4 months since I rode my stationary bike. This knee just wont let me exercise. I do stick to my guns where the food is concerned. I have nothing else to work with lol. You are so beautiful and you've done so well. It WILL happen for you lovie! Big hugs and smoochies for you! Hiya Susan! Thanks so much hon! I really appreciate your kind words. The last 20 lbs seem to be the hardest to lose lol. When I said that to Dr. Houston last week he made this awful face and said "You've lost 93% of your excess weight in 9 months!" He even pulled up my preop photo on his laptop computer and made me look at it lol. It was horrific lol. I am truely blessed! We all have been. Thanks again, sweetie, and God bless! Hugs!
