Female: Katherine Hepburn. Because I've been in love with her since I was 12. My wife knows that if Kate were alive, and fifty years younger, I would change my name to Hepburn for her. LOL.
Male: Walter Mattheu, my all-time favorite actor.
2) Do you now, or have you ever played a musical instrument? If so, what?
Tried to play drums, Bass, and guitar. Can't make the hands do two differnet things at the same time. Sigh. I struggle with the radio.
3) Do you have any siblings? If so, how many, what gender? Also, do any of them fight the same challenges with weight?
Nope, only child. But all of my (many many) cousins looked just like me at the same ages.

Hey all,
Sorry I haven't posted in a while, I've been neck deep in finishing this novel (whew) and now I can breathe a little again. I'ev discovered that sequels are a pain! LOL!
1) What is your strangest, wildest, or silliest goal after losing the weight.
I want to hike the Pacific Crest Trail (well, my wife thinks this is pretty crazy anyway, but only because I want to drag her along! LOL!)
2) Do you have any tattoos, If so, how many and where?
Not yet. I've just finished designing my first one (upper left forarm above chainsaw scars) it's 4 ancient Hebrew symbols that mean "Yes Lord" a buddy and are are going in together next month.
3) What was the DEFINING moment that led you to choose weight loss surgery.
I had this horrifying nightmare about having a heart attack while camping way out in the woods with Vic. You can read the whole thing on my profile page.

Tuesday .. the 2nd Monday of the week !
Today was not good ..
B-Nectar
Got to work at 9:30 had half a protein bar .. Yum ..
L-Chicken Nuggets .. They came back up YUK ..
D-Turkey Loaf...Stewed Apples - Cheesie Potates ... and it came back up Yuk ..
My tummy just did not like what I put in it today .. Can not stop barfing .. I think it was the texture of the meats today .
Water and more vitamins -- Biotin and off to bed later .. Down 3 more pounds . 153.... and def in a size 8 ...
Gotta wonder ..

allright allright... about a cup of soup at lunch and a yogurt...i will finish the protein bar so a whole one..and probably about 2 to 3 oz. of steak tonight with about a 1/4 cup of green beans..and i forgot to add 1/2 of eddys choc sf ice cream to yesterday..thanks for making me get it right..

I had a similar experience and it has happened again a few times...I start walking somewhere like to my car and I get distracted looking down at something and the next thing I know I crash into something or walk right past my car.....it was so weird but then I realized my brain was not used to compensating for my thinner load and faster stride...it set me on course to get to the goal as if I were walking slower and with more difficulty....only my new body wasn't told!!!! When it first happened I felt so goofy then I figured out what happened and had to just laugh!!

Alright little lady, you are not putting in how much you are eating. Just what you are eating. You BBBAADDD Girl!!! LOL Still not doing good. I am having trouble with late night snacking. Guess I am going to have to start going to bed when Buggie goes. LOL Maybe that will help. Anyway, so far today:
B skipped (slept in. Bad girl!!)
L 2 oz lite spam with 1 piece of carb bread, 1 teaspoon f\f mayo
D (can't give exact amounts because I haven't eaten that yet.) LOL
Maybe 3oz steak with 1\2 teaspoon of A1 sauce, if I still have room maybe 1\2 cup of salad or 1\3 cup of broccoli. Not to sure yet. Don't know if I can eat all that either. LOL
S (if I have one today) will be popcorn. About a cup and that is it. Trying not to eat much. I haven't lost a pound in about 5 months. NOT HAPPY THERE!!!! Not getting in all my fluids either. Go ahead and fuss. I need it!!! Talk to you later.

Well friends....I did it, and no one to blame but myself.
10 months out and have stayed away from anything but the most minimal of sugar. But, yesterday, there was a box of Krispie Kreams in the office kitchen. Now, mind you, I don't even like them!!!!!, but every time I went to the kitchen they SCREAMED at me... Finally I gave in and ate 3/4 of one of them buggers. Didn't get sic****il much later.
I think the sugar DROP really hit me later in the day. Man, did I feel gross, so tired, stomach very uncomfortable, almost dazed feeling
Lesson learned, moving on!!!
Thanks for letting me confess, it's good for the soul.
