Here is my list of CAN NOT EAT foods .
Steak
Over cooked meats of any kind .
No sugar .. I get the dumpsies .
No bread.. It swells in me tummy and I ache for days ..
Nothing re-heated .. I do not care what it is .. My pouchy knows and I end up .. at the toilet .
Nothing really high in fat content .. I end up at the
I watch my carbs and calories pretty much . I am trying to up them so the weight loss starts to maintain.. but it seems nothing is working so I am letting it run its course ..

Is there anyone out there that can eat anything they want without getting sick? I am just about able to eat anything...and it is driving me crazy...cause I am at this stupid plataeu!! No matter what I eat, I am staying the same!!! Help...cant' take it anymore!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

OK, I have a feeling Im gonna get hit today, lol. I was doing really good and then all of a sudden had a craving and gave into it bad bad bad.
B- protein drink
L- cup of carb countdown choc milk
D- oh boy do I have to tell you guys? Here it is a nacho bellgrande from taco bell I will not have anything else today. I have been drinking my water too I usually get in about 6 to 8 glasses a day of water, but never post it, silly me. - Melissa

Pam you have done amazing on your journey, dont let this one slip up get you down. I too have stayed away from the sugars till recently, and I have never dumped. I wish I did. However I have taken all snacks even the s/f ones out of my house and replaced it with all yogurt and veggies. The main reason I did this is so that through this pregnancy, if I snack I want to make sure it counts towards my babies health. Keep up the good work, and remember we all slip up now and then- Melissa

... Hi Perry.... I didn't know we had someone FAMOUS on our May Forum Board... I was looking at your profile (hope you don't mind) and found your website PerryPerkinsBooks. I really enjoyed reading about you "the author" and about your WLS Journal. I enjoyed your story and humor you add to it. I guess I need to see if I can find the article you wrote for the ObesityHelp Magazine, as I couldn't find the link from your website. Anyway CONGRATULATIONS on your successes. You look wonderful and I guess you don't ever have to worry about sinking in mirk while digging for clams ever again...
