Ok I am failing!! How can I possibly fail WLS?!!!! Last night we went out shopping for baby stuff, I have this powerful urge to shop!!! I never had this with Anthony, my husband said it has to be a girl, lol with all the shopping I want to do. Well anyways last night we got home so late i didnt update my post, so I need to do that here now too. WE went to golden coral buffet!!! I ate 4 oz of steak, 3 bites of cottage cheese, 5 bites of spaghetti, 2 bites of garlic bread ontop of all the other food I ate yesterday!!!!! Ok now today I am feeling very tired, and just not up for much at all.
B- protein drink
L- low carb yogurt
D- not sure I dont feel like cooking, so once harry decides what he wants to make for him and ah=nthony I might have some, or just another protein drink- Melissa

I can eat anything too!! I hate it and it is driving me crazy. Nothing makes me sick. ITs just all left up to me and my willpower, which isnt alwasy at its best. I feel you sweetie. I really wish some foods made me sick, so I would stay away from them. Will power just isnt working for me, I dont have good, if any. I hope you get off that plateau hun- Melissa

Eggs. It doesn't matter how I fix them, they make me sick. I avoid overcooked meats but I can eat any meat I want. Bread and pasta swells and makes me feel bad so I avoid that. I can eat some sugary stuff, but it's a risk because I dump some of the time.... I wish I dumped all of the time.

Morning everyone!!!!
B - Protein shake
coffee,3 splenda and 2tbs of creamer
L - cabbage and corn beef or my soup the office is full of food today so well see but definately one of the two...
S - not sure forgot my protein bar so might be 6oz of veggie/chicken soup
D- Aunt Betty is making sketti and we are going to her house for din din so probably a very small bowl of that..but i can't eat much the noodles don't sit right so well see...
vitamins, and water

I have problems with re-heated food also but I didn't put 2 and 2 together until I read your post...lol I ate a chicken tender one night and it went down SO good. I saved the 2nd one to have the next day...I nuked it to warm it up and wala....I felt like I was going to get sick..it sat like a rock!!! Didn't even think it was the re-heating thing. lolol
Over cooked meats a no no for me also. I can eat small amounts of sweets which I pray I can wean myself off of again... I can eat small amounts of a lot of things. Hamburger meat goes down good but steak I can't tolerate. Some chicken is ok as long as it is very moist. I just recently have been able to eat salad...I am SO happy. I usually drink Vanilla Isopure but all I have is the choc. left. For some reason it makes me dump!!! It makes me EXTREMELY tired and a touch queezy. I can not do low-carb ice cream with splenda but I can do a few bites of regular kind. Welll that is all I can think of at the moment!

I can't drink milk because I am now lactose intolerant though that doesn't seem to affect me while eating other dairy, just drinking milk or eating ice cream.
Mayo seems to be a problem *shrug*
ground beef just never seems to go down right and neither does pot roast... more a consistency thing.
Lots of bread or fries swell and make me uncomfy or have to go throw it up.
If I eat a lot of sweets I dump but I can have some and be okay.
Most everything else is okay for me but I try to limit the amount that I eat of things that I know are no no's.
