I am right there with you, except that I haven't lost a pound at all in 5 months. I don't really have an answer for you as I am going through this with you. I just wanted you to know that you are not alone on this one. I am thinking that I am eating to much, the wrong things, and at the wrong times. I will keep my eye on this just to see what everyone else thinks. Maybe they can helps us both. Good luck and I hope your weight lose starts back up for you.

Okay, first of all, I can eat ANYTHING. In never ever get sick... The only thing I have problems with is ice cream. I had that problem before surgery.
Secondly, I am at a five month plateau! I have lost no more than 10 pounds in five months. I have a sneaking suspicion that I might have stretched my pouch opening (the outgoing one). I take my vitamins probably two or three at a time.
All my bloodwork is normal and I feel fine, but I'm worried I won't lose anymore.
My third question is how much exercise are we supposed to be doing a day? My surgeon says an hour, but I'm lucky to put in thirty minutes of high stress walking on the treadmill. My schedule is very hectic.
Is there any suggestions on how I can continue to lose weight?

D- OMG --- We went to Cracker Barrel. I had Turkey - Green Beans- Salad - A Taste of the Sweet Potatoe Casserole .
For Snack today I had some cheese and crackers . I just got home from the grocery store and found Low Sugar Maple Oatmeal .. I love Oatmeal .. I am going to try it later with a scoop of Any Whey Protein Mix ..

I have eaten alot today.
B skipped (slept in) getting bad for that.
L 1 large egg and 1 slice of beef lunch meat
D 10 large shrimp, 10 small shrimp, 2 broccoli flowerettes, and 2 bits of baked tater.
For snack later I may get some sugar free ice cream. I'm not sure yet. Maybe I won't even have a snack today. My cal intake for today is right around 300. I did my 50 minute workout tape and walked a mile. Yes, it was nice outside for a change. Did bad on fliud intake today though. Was to busy. LOL Going shopping tomorrow all day for food. LOL I will take my water with me. Tomorrow night I will get tons of exercise, going dancing. YEA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Thanks guys!! I just feel like I can eat anything or as much as I want. I know every time I start to feel that way...I get the dumps or throwing up. But, go****hought this would help more than I am feeling it is helping. The first 70 pounds were easy. Now I am stuck at 200 and it ain't going anywhere!!
this summer I will be able to get out more and exercise and all that good stuff. I love to walk. So soon, that will start happening.
I do ok at night. Not too bad. But, something has got to give!!

Dear Jeannie, I can eat almost anything too and like you, it really bothers me. One thing I can't really eat is fries, they just always sit like a rock and I feel awful afterwards, so I avoid them. Can I ask you, are you eating a lot at night? I found I was "snacking" all evening long and it wreaked havoc with my weight loss. I have been good for the last two nights and the weight loss has picked back up again. Just a thought. I knew the "honeymoon" period would be over one day, I just hoped it wouldn't be quite this soon!! But no matter what, I will NEVER get back to being as big as I was before the surgery-even if I have to sew my mouth shut!!! LOL! Hang in there Jeannie and really examine WHAT you are eating, WHEN you are eating and HOW MUCH you are eating. Some minor adjustments may help things a whole bunch!! I'm here for you if you need to talk!
