B - protein shake with carb countdown milk
s - yoplait light yogurt
L - tuna salad with a piece of low carb-high protein 7 grain bread (toasted)
D - taco meat with lettuce, tomatoe, olives and 1/2 taco shell
MMM...can't wait for dinner.

I needed to add a cup of sf eddys butter pecan (spit out all the nuts) love the ice cream but not the pecans ( to last nights eating )..
and i am now eating some little pretzels which are a waste and i need to remove them from my enviroment..just didn't want to leave anything out...
also am vitamins done and 48oz. of sf fruit punch..thanks...

Morning all!!!!
B - Protein Shake
coffee, 3 splenda and low carb french vanilla creamer 2 tbsp
S - Peanut butter Power Crunch 1/2 of one...i just got my large order from Susan in...so I got all kinds of new stuff....yiiippeeee
L - Chicken and veggie soup 1 cup or so and 3 strawberrys cut up with 2 packets of splenda in yogurt
D - Not sure I have leftover Taco Casserole or a salad and a baseball game to go to so I will try to be Nacho strong those things look so good...

I knew before I opened your post what the answer was going to be. There's always a pay off, isn't there?!
Unfortunately there will be many who use them because they "look healthy"... we sure get fooled alot!

Topic: Need to get to goal...Increasing my workout might help?
My husband, youngest child and I joined LA Fitness on Friday so I canceled my Curves membership. I felt that after losing more than 80 pounds, CURVES was no longer a challenge. I really appreciate LA Fitness because it has a pool, a lot of aerobic and strength training machines, classes and a locker room. I really like that my husband and youngest son are also pursuing fitness. My husband is in great shape, but my son is a bit overweight and I don't want him to become obese. He seems really interested in the gym and enjoys it. Since he is almost 15, when we walk in the door he can go his way and I can go mine. I feel really good about this because I can keep an eye on him or I can ask one of the trainers to help him out and know that he is in good hands. My weight today is holding steady at 149.5, but yesterday it said 148. I have been working out a lot and burning at least 300 calories at each workout so I don't know why I gained a pound and a half in one day, but who knows. I'd really like to reach my goal of 133 but these last few pounds are really hard to shake. I am happy with my size (8), but at 5'4", I still show up as overweight on the bmi scale. Anyone else having this problem?

L- 1/2 a lasagna dinner (yuck - I was in a rush and it was all I had available I never want a frozen dinner again!)
D- 2 slices toast with Milk
I didn't do too well today. My day went by in a blurr. I did manage to get in a 40 min walk around my park today though.

Well , I am here to testify that Kraft has really out done themselves. The meals are great in variety ... protein ... taste .. But one thing they failed in is the sodium content . OMG one meal had 36 grams of Protein but 1400 grams of sodium . Do you realize how much water you would have to drink to get rid of this .. The salt content alone could hurt you really ..
I would reccomend these - but with the sodium , I am afraid they would not be a great choice for us . I know they up the sodium to make up for taste .. But geesh ..
Any wayz this is my 2 cents about this product .

Yeppers your in that dreaded stall out . And if you are doing your water and protein .. it sounds like to me you need to re-visit your food choices as well . You did not say how your meals look . How are your carbs ? What is your calorie intake ?
Note me back maybe we can take a look at what you are eating if you like . I do not mind helping . But when in doubt call your doctor .
