B - two beef links, one waffle, one kiwi, Milk S - A handful of gummy bears L - Cod, Green beans, Broc. Dinner I'm planning on having rib eye with mushrooms and onions. I'll probably make myself a smoothy for a snack later. I really need to get my water in! I don't think I had any all day.

My emotional issues acutally don't stem from my weight. I had problems before but I always thought that they were triggered by my self esteem issues and body image issues. Now that I don't concern myself with them and I feel normal body wise, the depression and anxiety is still there but for other reasons. It seems that after surgery when my hormone levels started to change that it triggered my problems and they escalated. I started going to counseling and my therapists is great. I was just wondering if I was the only one that this happened to.

I know this cant be true, lol. OUr posts and replies have dwindled on what we are eating each day. I know it can get boring or repetative posting it everyday, but I really need to do it. It helps me see what others are doing, and shows me how I have done for the day in plain writing. So if noone is eating tell me how you do it, lol. OK here I go with what I had today. I didnt do to good I think. B- toasted bagel with cream cheese L- protein drink S- 15 cheese nips D- 1/2 a tortilla pizza with just cheese I will have a yogurt and a string cheese later if I get hungry- Melissa

Honey you are not alone!! I am one who can eat anything also, and dont exercise. I am so tired all the time, and havent seen any change in my energy since surgery. I started at 298lbs I am now at 183lbs and I wear 18's. I am very happy with my success so far, but I am also not happy with where I am. I am still so far from goal. I have been lucky with getting meats down. I also do protein drinks to help get in my protein everyday. I thought I chewed and chewed, and felt it get stuck and like I couldnt breath, so I started chewing even more, almost to a complete liquid, and it stopped. Now I can eat meats just fine with no problems. It would be great to have a walking buddy!! Hey with todays technology, cant we all get on line a walk and talk and see eachother on cam or something, lol!! Try harder to get your protein in, I know it isnt always easy. As for the snacks, I get bad at times and need snacks. I have got rid of my chips, and made sure I have veggies like carrots and broccoli and yogurt and string cheese so that when I do snack, I am snacking better. The occasional sweet treat gets in and I dont beat myself up about it I just try harder the next day. Keep up the good work, you will lose more, we are just at points where we are plateauing, and slowing down. We do have to work harder now. Especially with the exercising. Cassie- I have heard frommany people on how their family has sad they dont seem happy anymore. Not sure if it is just the new change, or us wanting to get to our goal weights so bad, we just arent happy till we get there. I havent noticed too much of a change in me mentally, how ever I had panic attacks before the surgery, so my mental status has not been so good from the get go, lol. I also hate exercise, but I like how I feel afterwards. I will attempt to start again in the morning on the elliptical machine. I had been doing it consistently for about 2 months, and stopped last month. I had noticed a change in the tone of my thighs, and now that is gone. Back to jelly... Thanks for posting this. Anne

Nothing so far, but I am planning on some stretching, swimming and/or yoga if I can stay awake. Keep in mind I'm now 7 mos pregnant, along with being 10 months out... but I'm still in it to win it!

Your posting sounds like a posting I should have wrote. I know what you mean about having a desk job and snacking all day. That's me. It's also really scary that things I eat do not make me sick. I kind of wish they would. Exercising is very hard to get motivated to do. Maybe you could try walking. Nothing drastic. Do you have a mall close by. I have been walking in a mall over the winter months and it seems to help a little bit although I am just kind of stuck at 97 pounds. I want to be in the "century" club so bad I can taste it but the scales just won't move. I wished I lived closer to you also so I could call you up and see if you were ready to go for a walk. Hang in there and just keep telling yourself - tomorrow's another day and tomorrow morning try again to not eat the junk food and tell yourself you're going to eat right. I'll try to do the same. Hi Pam, Thanks. You know I love Beef Jerky i snack on it all the time. A lot of times I eat it for breakfest. I also have a prob. drinking while I eat. I ahve tried and tried not to do this but it is very hard!!!!! Janette
