Well its been a busy day, and I ate like a cow!! I cleaned and rearranged our master bedroom, put together a crib and decorated, lol. 4 loads of laundry, dishes, took a walk, went for a ride on the four wheeler, and did a little soaking in the sun while reading. Ok for my food.
B- 3 bites of a bologna sandwich with lettuce, got nauseous so the rest went to the dog
S- 2 peices of string cheese, and a carb countdown yogurt
L- 1/2 a big mac!!!! bad bad bad I have just been wanting one so bad for over a week now so the craving is gone no more big macs!! 5 fries
D- 1 pork chop, 1/4 cup of spinach, 1/4 cup of mashed potatoes
The weather was so nice today, I am such a summer person and cant wait for summer and swimming!! It is supposed to get cold this weekend and maybe snow, boohhoo.- Melissa

I havent tried that, it sounds like it would taste great! Unfortunetly, my hubby and son always have the sugar koolaid so I havent been much of a koolaid person. I will have to try it. Any way to get my protein and water down for the day.- Melissa

Hello,
My name is April and I had my surgery on May 4, 2004. It is so hard to believe that it's been almost a year. Time is flying. I have lost 145 to date. Don't get me wrong I am extremely happy with my progress thus far but I am getting a little frustrated. You see, I have been at the same weight now or up and down 2 to 3 pounds since Nov. I go between 246 to 243. What is up with this? I NEED YOUR HELP!!!!!! I have tried going back to liquids. I lost 2 pounds. Upped my exercise, cut out carbs.....AWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWW!!!!!!!!!! I have tried focusing so hard on where I have come from instead of where I wanna be but it is really getting hard. I do get in my 70 grams of protein, 80-100 ooz if water daily. I exercise at least 3-4 days a week. Does anyone have any ideas? Irish Pixie how bout you? You are doing so good. I follow your progress. Any and all input is greatly appreciated. I am bound and determined to get at least 60 more pounds off. Thanks for listening and responding to all. Whewwwwwwwwwwww!!! I needed that.

Hey Melissa,
Have you tried adding the unflavored unjury to SF Koolaid? I put in 3 tblsp to 16 oz. Cherry. I love it. Now I can't drink the Koolaid without it.
Just thought I would share. You are looking so good girlie.

Hello Allison. My day has been slow, just can't get moving.
B 1 egg, 3 turkey bacon, 1 slice of low carb bread
L 2 oz of lite spam, 1 slice of low carb bread
S (BAD ME!!) 1 granola bar
D will be 3oz of pork chop ( I don't know if I will eat any veggies tonight. Carbs are kind of high today. ) buggie ( my little girl) will also have a salad and mac and cheese.
Yesturday I drank 118.5 oz of water and so far today I have drank 71.1 and working on another 23.7 oz. Even with all that, my mouth is still dry. Go figure. LOL Feels like I haven't had anything to drink in about a week. I know better though. Toni

D - probably something small... maybe just fruit and cheese
S - I haven't had one yet... not really planing on it since I'm so stuffed right now.

I am officialy "Normal"!!!!!!!
My BMI is now 24.8, so I am no longer considered obese or even overweight!
My preop BMI was 43.8!!!! What a difference!! I feel and look the best that I have in 20 years!
Thank goodness for this surgery, it is the best thing I have ever done for myself and my family!!
